FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGE DISK?
A: Image disk(s) are usually available within one month after your event. Q: WHAT KIND OF IMAGES CAN I EXPECT?
A: Stylistically, we shoot in a documentary (or photojournalistic, candid, or lifestyle) manner. We try to record the events of the day as they happen with minimal interference. We only pose formal shots, if you want them at all. We might, on occasion, seek your attention for a shot, but mostly we are hands-off. We try to be alert for any great moments that happen anywhere around us. We shoot everything digitally in color, but we can convert photos to black and white or sepia. We occasionally use cross-processing or other special effects when a picture seems right for it. Q: HOW DO I BOOK YOU?
A: By meeting with us, signing a simple contract and paying us the retainer fee (half of the total shooting fee). Until both conditions are met the date is considered available to others. We can come to you or meet somewhere convenient. Our presentation can be reduced to something very portable.
Q: WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?
A: The balance is due one week prior to the event.
Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE? A: Every package is uniquely created to meet your needs. Not everyone wants the same type of photography or the same bundle of finished products. Call (480-252-2787) to schedule a meeting and we will establish the fairest, most competitive price possible for the one-of-a-kind wedding photography you want and deserve.
Q: WHO WILL BE THE PHOTOGRAPHER?
A: Ron Warren personally shoots all events.
Q: HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING PHOTOGRAPHY? A: This is our fifth year of shooting weddings professionally. Prior to that we did family and child portraiture for about four years.
Q: DO YOU TAKE PICTURES OF ALL THE GUESTS?
A: Although we do not guarantee to photograph every single guest, during the course of documenting the joy and love of your wedding day, most of your friends and family will be captured while celebrating with you.
Q: WHAT REPRINTS RIGHTS DO I HAVE?
A: You have the right to reprint your images without limit for personal use but not for publication. Should you wish to submit a photo for a bridal magazine, contest, or any other use for publication, we require notification and a byline.
Q: DO YOU ONLY PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS? A: No. We are available for banquets, Quinceaneras, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, family or class reunions or any other type of event.
